Remote Area Delivery: Some regions may incur a surcharge. You will be notified before your order is shipped.
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) are processed the next business day.
Free International Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping worldwide.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost. Tracking numbers will be provided, but some international locations may have limited tracking updates.
3. Dropshipping Orders
Some of our products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, which may affect shipping times.
Processing Time: Dropshipped items may take 3–7 business days before shipment.
Separate Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Potential Delays: May occur due to supplier processing time, customs clearance, or international shipping restrictions.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, countries with legal or carrier shipping restrictions, or locations affected by international shipping bans.
