I bought a second kettle like this. The glass flask broke on the first one when dropped. I liked the quality of the plastic, especially the lids. Usually, the lids start to crumble after a year, but here the lid is slightly reinforced with metal and due to temperature changes. The plastic did not suffer any damage during the year.
